Rental Agreement
Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance, only married couples or single persons over 25 years old will be allowed to rent, the rental adult will accept the responsibility for all minors or adults under 25.
A 25 nonrefundable processing fee will be charged with each reservation.
Reservations may be made by phone or at our office 8 am to 5 pm mon thru saturday or 24/7 on our website.
Method of payment
personal checks, one check per reservatin please, all checks must be tendered at least 14 days pryor to check in. visa mastercard or discover, money orders or travelers checks or cash.
Ther will be a $25 service charge for all returned checks.
Check in/ check out.
All check ins occur at T & T Builders office at 7880 Riverwood Drive Foley, AL 36535.
Check in time is 2 pm, check out time is 10 am, no exceptions please, we need time to clean and prepare the unit for our next guests. Please be sure that all dishes and cookware are washed and put away,refrigerator and range are clean and all trash removed to the outside container, all windows and doors are closed and locked,please observe the check out time, delays in checking out could cost you an extra days rent. Please return all keys as instructed at check in, lost or misplaced keys cost $25 each.
Security/Damage Deposit
A security deposit of $300 will be charged for each reservation, it and the $25 fee must be paid before your reservation is confirmed, at check in the security deposit converts to a damage deposit and is refundable to you with in 14 business days of your check out if you don't damage the unit beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any damage you may find at checkin, we don't want you to be held responsible for something you didn't do.
Lock Out Policy
If you find yourself locked out callthe office, ther will be no charge during regular business hours, evenings and Sundays There will be a $25 charge, and you will have to come to the office to pick up the key.
We are pet friendly
But we do charge $10 per pet per day, to cover the extra cost of cleaning and deoderizing so that our next guest won't be offended. Please declare your pets at reservation time, failure todo so may cause youto lose your deposit or rent.
Parking
Off street parking is supplied for a minimum of four cars,no large trucks (more than two axles), boats trailers or R Vs.
Confirming Reservations
In order to confirm your reservation you must pay the $25 processing fee, the $300 Security deposit plus State and local sales tax currently 8%.
minimum reservation is three days.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of your scheduled checkin date you will lose your deposit.
Refund Policy
We will not give refunds for early departure, malfunftion of equipment or appliances, or departure during a hurricane watch, we will however make consideration for mandatory evacuation.
